I some times like to toast a piece of Kinnikinick bread with 2 slices of turkey bacon, baby spinach and top it off with a poached or fried egg. Delish! I also make paleo morning glory muffins that are excellent to eat pre-workout. And because I also have a peanut sensitivity i will make kinnikinick toast with pea-butter instead of peanut butter, it's fantastic too!

Keep calm and press on!

For a quick breakfast, try Udi's or Rudi's toast with (choice of):
Cottage cheese
peanut butter
hard boiled eggs
protein left over from dinner

Van's Gluten-free waffles are good even without syrup, Banana and gf protein bar like NuGo bars.

A couple of eggs boiled & peeled the night before

Turkey slices spread with a bit of cream cheese and rolled up

Apple or pear slices with peanut butter or cashew butter or sunflower seed butter

Meat left from dinner rolled up in a lettuce leaf (high protein breakfast keeps me satisfied a long time)

Salad left from last night's dinner, in a paper cup to munch on the go

Night-before-grilled eggplant with a small amount of marinara and a cheese "seal"

You can also make some fruit salads or have some cottage cheese with fruits in it. Just to name a few.

Dorothy

If you tell God no because He won't explain the reason He wants you to do something, you are actually hindering His blessing. But when you say yes to Him, all of heaven opens to pour out His goodness and reward your obedience. What matters more than material blessings are the things He is teaching us in our spirit.

Hello all, I need more ideas for quick, healthy, filling breakfasts.

This morning I had soy yogurt, organic strawberries, GF steel cut oats, sliced almonds, and chia seeds). I made the oats and sliced up the strawberries last night and put the berries, almonds, and chia in the yogurt overnight. Very tasty, and filling, but I know I'll get sick of it if I eat it every morning.

I've also done this with brown rice instead of oats, or pumpkin seeds instead of almonds.

What other ideas do you have for GF, filling breakfasts? I'm looking for some protein + carbs. Needs to be really quick or something I can make the night before.

Also... granola seems to give me tummy problems.

Eating well and moving around feels great!
