Spray cookie sheet.Cut up thighs into small pieces. whisk eggs together,I used two. rice cereal in blender on grind for two min. Dip meat into egg and then into rice and place on cookie sheet ,when done bake at 400 for twenty min ,turning over once. Yummy goodness
