I make my own chicken nuggets and chicken breast tenders using corn meal and gluten free flour blend or crushed corn chex...glad you enjoyed!!

I bet they were good. I do about the same thing but use corn flakes and breasts.

I just made my first gluten free chicken nuggets! Cheap and easy.
Rise krispies grind
egg
boneless thighs.
fat free spray

Spray cookie sheet.Cut up thighs into small pieces. whisk eggs together,I used two. rice cereal in blender on grind for two min. Dip meat into egg and then into rice and place on cookie sheet ,when done bake at 400 for twenty min ,turning over once.
Yummy goodness
