I like nuts and the better dark chocolate cause a little is enough and I am satisfied. Somedays though if gf cookies are in the house it is hard to stay away it seems like they call my name. Try not to have much of it in the house.

Eat more fruits and vegetables and water so that your body is getting full on them.

If you tell God no because He won't explain the reason He wants you to do something, you are actually hindering His blessing. But when you say yes to Him, all of heaven opens to pour out His goodness and reward your obedience. What matters more than material blessings are the things He is teaching us in our spirit.

Hi, I am both gluten free and dairy free now. There's a lot I can't have anymore, but with planning it's doable. The problem is, when I find a food I can eat and like, I eat way too much of it, even if it's a food I know is unhealthy for me in large portions, such as sorbet and GF/DF home baked chocolate chip cookies. Any tips for how to handle this and not feel totally deprived?
