I make my own bbq sauce and maybe you should look into making yours so that you can control the amount of salt and then you also know that it does not have wheat in it.
If you tell God no because He won't explain the reason He wants you to do something, you are actually hindering His blessing. But when you say yes to Him, all of heaven opens to pour out His goodness and reward your obedience. What matters more than material blessings are the things He is teaching us in our spirit. I am trying to avoid salt because I had high blood pressure at a doctor's appt in July. Most of the things that are low in sodium have added flour...not sure why. Does anyone else have to avoid both wheat and salt? I am also avoiding dairy and white sugar. Any good recipes would be appreciated...I am really in the mood for BBQ, but all the bottles have so much salt and wheat....
