I would to. I love my coffee.

Also, The only instant coffees you would need to avoid are the flavored ones, but even most of those are safe. homepage.mac.com/sholland/celiac/GFfoodlis

they have the following listed as safe:

Folgers Cafe Latte Mixes (modified food starch is tapioca); Coffee (all
varieties and all instant coffees)

General Foods International: Instant--Regu1ar-sugar free, fat free; Decaf Sugar free, fat free

Maxwell House (Kraft): gluten ingredients indicated on label

They have a lot more listed

And the Melitta filters are also listed as gluten free and they state on their website that they contain no glutens.

The filters should be fine. Some flavored coffees do contain gluten and also some creamers, so you have to be careful there. Also, might it be possible that you also have an allergy to coffee?

Many Great Value items are processed in a facility with wheat. I'm not personally usually affected but you might be. Maxwell House or Starbucks is better anyway teehee

it could be coincidence or it might not be. My understanding is that Wal-mart is good about marking their foods, I don't shop there for various reasons so can't verify. It could be the filters. Do you have the itchiness when you get brewed coffee elsewhere, like McDonald's or coffee shops, or friends houses?
I thought some instants were safe, but would have to check.

Also it might not be the wheat allergy causing you to itch, it could be something like the chemicals in the coffee or who knows.

personally, I'd say listen to your body. Maybe try a different brand.

I have a wheat allergy anI have read to avoid instant coffee but seems when I start to try brewing coffee again, I start to itch. Coincidence? I use Walmart's Great Value Classic Roast.
