Thanks for the tip on Rudy's, which is my fave. I don't mind the Kinnikinnick, though you need to toast it. As for being at Costco, it depends on the store. Ours doesn't carry it, darn!
I've also never seen GF bread at our WalMart, but I may have missed something.

I have gotten gf bread at Walmart but it is not organic and they are about the same calories as wheat bread. They have it in a section that is around the GF stuff. Not around the regular bread. It tastes better toasted too.

I just came from my local health food store and bought some Rudi's multigrain. It is delicious and it's also close to normal sized. The cinnamon raisin is awesome too. Thanks for the heads up on the coupons. I'm heading there now.

Rudi's bread company is an organic baking company and they make 3 kinds of gluten free bread. Multigrain (my favorite), Original and Cinnamon Raisin(YUM!). The multigrain bread has 90 calories per slice and 1 gram of fiber. It tastes closest to wheat bread that I have found since going gluten free. If you go to Rudi's bakery online you can get coupons for this bread and find out where it is available in your area. I buy mine at Costco and Nature's Market on the west coast. It is sold in the freezer section of the store at Costco. Hope this information helps you. Smiles Barb

GF low calorie bread has not yet been invented, but I have found the Rudy's has a bigger slice than most. I go between them and Udi's.

Thank you. I've realized the low-cal and gluten-free don't exist. That's ok though. Gluten-free is the main issue.

Thanks again.

Bob's Red Mill makes organic, gluten free bread mixes but they are not low cal and you have to make them yourself. Very tasty though.

I have not seen anything with those criteria. GF bread products are usually high calorie and I have not seen an organic one.

Hi,

I am trying to find a organic, gluten-free bread I like without so many calories. I like the Sandwich Thins, but can't eat them. They are low in cals though. Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Cindy
