The occasional slip up is understandable, And also it is a good reminder of what it does to us. Even those of us that have been gluten free for a long time have occasions where we have slips.

Cindy - You are not alone with slipping up eating gluten. I sometimes sneak what I consider a treat only to find out it wasn't worth it in the end. This is a journey of a lifetime and we all are learning as we support one another towards healthier living.

Thank you! I made the mistake of eating pizza crust (with gluten) ya know "just to see". Oh my.....why did it take so long for me to figure this out? I feel SO much better and my weight is just "falling off".

Looking forward to learning more.

Welcome to the team. I've learned a lot in the year and a half I've been here. I won't go back, trust me.

Cindy - glad you joined us. Spark is emoticon

Many of us on this team are also a member of the Christian With Celiac team - here is the link www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/groups_i

Both of these teams have been vital in my growth towards healthier living. Mark is always here to educate and guide us and well, what can I say about Christian fellowship - nothing replaces the bond we share.

Look forward to getting to know you.

Hi Cindy. It is a hard learning curve to know what to eat and not eat. Listen to your body most of all. Join in the daily chat and feel free to ask any questions you may have.
