Did you say crusty bread? If you can make it without using a bread machine, I'll be thrilled. I've seen a couple of recipes from this site, but never taken the time to explore it.
The thing about bread machines is that they are all digital. That doesn't work for a totally blind person. Around here, there are guys, and guys push buttons. So, I can't just assume that it's at the start menu each time and count the number of times I push a button. I've had some VERY BAD experiences with that. LOL!
Thanks for the link.

Thanks for the info and you can replace the agave with some other sweetener of your choice.

agave should be easy enough to replace with your fav sweetner. I don't use it as much as I once did.

Apparently, she has some type of crusty bread recipe that someone saw and really liked. I have to go back and search for it!

I do like her but she uses too much agave for my comfort. It's not the healthy thing its purported to be.

This site is a Gluten Free blog, and she does lots of recipes from scratch and they are clean.

You can subscribe for free and get monthly updates. I was getting them for months but they were coming to my Spam and I was deleting them having forgotten what it was. emoticon

Since I have started reading and really enjoy it and there are great recipes. Scroll down to see the October Challenge. I hope y'all enjoy it as much as I am.
