I noticed Orgran gluten sub is supposed to be available at Safeway, but I haven't seen it at my local one yet. If I do I'll give it a try. I really don't like xanthan gum.
Don't know what those are but you can always google them.
Has anyone used the Orgran gluten replacer? Just wondering about that and Montina flours. I was on Amazon yesterday and saw these.
