I have only been GF for 2months or so, but my taste buds are changing. I am not sure if it is being GF specifically or just that I have given up baked goods considerably. I have started eating whole unprocessed foods, beans, rice, smaller amts of meat, fish, lots of veggies, and fresh fruit.
I really don't miss the pizza, cake, goodies, etc..and crave better healthier foods. I am also much more content w/vegetable protein over meat for most meals. That has been a bit of a surprise for me as beans and rice never did much for me before!! lol
