I heavily modified a recipe I found on Allrecipes.com (enough that I feel comfortable calling it my own), and I've love to get some feedback.
I am becoming wheat-free, but not gluten-free, although I think I covered the necessary substitutions in the blurb. So I had to find a way to make my all-time favorite dessert wheat-free...Chocolate Chip Cookies!
They only come out to about 100 cals each. Let me know what you think if you try it. I'd like to know if anyone has issues with it, or if I can be clearer about GF subs.
