Last Friday: Wogging 40 mins.
Sat. Wogging 49 mins.
Sunday Wogging 50 mins/JW Power Circuit S.T. 57 mins.
Monday: None - not feeling well
Tuesday: None - not feeling well And dr diagnosed me with TWO NEW BLOOD CLOTS so can't over do it with wogging anymore. I pushing my body too hard. :(

Each day since I walked Abbie for 30 minutes. On Monday and Wednesday I went to the gym and did my strength exercises as well as time on the recumbent bike.

Friday I got my full work out at the gym, Walked Abbie for a mile.

Saturday, Walked Abbie for a mile. Spent the rest the day making corsages for the ladies at church for Sunday.

Sunday, Spent the day cooking for a church brunch and for a special dinner for my Mom.
