Yesterday I walked for 30 minutes outside, did free weights for 30 minutes, and danced with my Wii Just Dance for 120 minutes (in four 30 minute segments).
Today I'm walking 2 miles and spending an hour climbing up and down a flight of stone steps outside, near where I live. Also going to do the Dance for an hour.
The weather is nice and cool in the morning, so I'll be heading out for the stairs in a few minutes.

I was going to walk when I went to counseling today but my stomach is quesy off and on so I canceled early - just in case it didn't improve, so we shall see if I can walk later.

Friday, I did not do my exercises because we went out shopping again. But I did walk for about an hour and did a little work at the garden in which a stressed a muscle in my back.

I posted on SparkGuy's blog on the 10 minut fitness streah he is trying to get people involved in, I also made it a team challenge for the walk/run team I lead for all to encourage one another along to get a streak going and be held accountable by both posting on the team and also on the blog.

Hi all, As well as my daily exercise. I have been the adviser for a community garden and have been going daily to the garden to water and pull weeds. Spending about two hours a day working in the garden has lifted my spirits and gives me a purpose.
1 hour strength exercise, 10 minutes each on the elliptical and stationary bike and 2 hours at the garden.
