Thirty minutes each on the NuStep, Treadmill and Recumbent Bike. 20 minutes each stretching and the Arm Bike. 10 extra minutes on the treadmill at a lower setting while I waited for other equipment to be available.
Yesterday: 10minutes on the rowing machine, 20 minutes stretching, 80 minutes strength exercises and 20 minutes on the elliptical.

Too hot to walk outside, so I walked through the underground tunnel between our building and the state capitol building, then around under the capitol (cool basement, kind of cave-like), and back again. I was sweating from the pain when I got back to my desk, but isn't that what fans are for?

Nancy, Have a great time at Cape Cod. My stomach has still been acting up. Today was the first day I felt good, but to hot to do much. Yesterday I walked for about 30 minutes.
Nancy, I hope you have a great time at Cape Cod. You can tell us about all the walking you did on the beach when you get back. Mark, I hope you are feeling better soon.
I did 35 minutes of a "Walk Away the Pounds" DVD this morning and plan to walk the dog a little later.

Hope you feel better. I will be gone 2 weeks, vacation at Cape Cod.
walked a half hour early this am, did some packing and then followed my exercises on my plan. Went shopping and then walked an houe. DONE!!

Yesterday I did 15 minutes stretching, 20 minutes in the NuStep, 20 minutes on the tread mill and 30 minutes on the recumbent bike. Today I am having stomach problems so staying home so wont get my exercises in.

Walked/Jogged with the dog for 30 minutes. (There were some joggers that we were following and my dog thought we should keep up with them so it was a much quicker pace walk than usual. I think I would call it interval training today.)

Back home so back to the Gym, Did 20 minutes of stretching and 70 minute of strength exercises.
Have fun walking on the beach! I had a turn to do that at the beginning of June. I walked today for 35 minutes out in the country. I like watching the corn and soybeans grow.

walking, walking, walking,... and more digging in the garden! Something is working, my muscles are a bit stiff!!. Thats what happens if you get right into it without stretches. Will have to change that!

Yesterday:20 minutes of stretching, and then all the strength training exercises. for 1 hour 10 minutes. Today and tomorrow the gym will be closed and I will be out of town on Monday.
It is amazing what the right stretching exercises can do. I learned a few good ones after an injury I had. I still do them fairly regularly but don't usually count them on SP. I guess I could. After working with my preschool class this morning (balance exercises on the therapy ball, and sitting on a scooter board helping a student learn to ride a tricycle - which he did!!!) I took my dog for a 40 minute walk.

20 minutes of stretching, and then all the strength training exercises. for 1 hour 10 minutes. The trainer taiught me two new exercise to help with my back pain.
I just walked for 30 minutes after my afternoon meeting. I really need to start adding more bike riding. I'm sure it would help - and I would enjoy it too.

Stretching for 15 minutes. 20 minutes on the NuStep, Twenty on the treadmill and 30 on the recumbent stationary bike.
It is great walking weather today (or yard work) but I have to go to a meeting from 1-3. Hopefully the weather will still be nice after I get home so that I can do both - walk and yard work. (If not, I will be riding my exercise bicycle inside.)

did some digging in the garden, raking the lawn. - well yeah, mostly garden work - only to get some sun (vit D) as im very low on that. Did not go very well in this heat, but will do another session on Tuesday.

I am trying to do 10,000 to 15,000 steps a day. So far, as of 4:37 I have walked8, 8, 733 steps. 6,075 of those were aerobic steps during my morning walk or about 3.5 miles. I hope to exercise in the pool for about 30 min this evening.
Housework and nothing else. I should have gone to the gym, but I am so sore from canoeing on a lake yesterday for 2.5 hours.

I taught summer school this morning (preschool level - lifting children onto playground equipment. Does that count as strength training? :-) ), came home and took my dog for a half-hour walk. Still to do - mow the grass and spend 45 minutes in the garage organizing "stuff".
