I have not tried it yet but had some cookies that were made with it that were delicious. I think the person who made it said they got the recipe from the Bob's Red Mill Site.

I've no advice on the coconut flour, but I do have a random bag of Sweet Potato Flour (with Japanese labeling so I can't read the directions!)- do you think I can sub it in place of regular potato starch?
Wish I knew where to find it so that I can try it. I heard that too.
If you tell God no because He won't explain the reason He wants you to do something, you are actually hindering His blessing. But when you say yes to Him, all of heaven opens to pour out His goodness and reward your obedience. What matters more than material blessings are the things He is teaching us in our spirit.
I just read that coconut flour is a great gluten free alternative. It is high in fiber and low GI. I am curious if anyone has tried baking with it and whether it has been successful.
