Well I thought I was doing well but then along with the hormone changes(TOM), came going back to the same-o same-o. Instead of taking the time to prepare, I ad-libbed and messed myself up. I didn't have any gf breads so I just grabbed a hamburger bun and other breads during the week. I think altogether I had maybe 4 slices of bread, and I did have raisin bran for breakfast on 2 days.
Anyway, I'm feeling run down again and I put on 3 more pounds. Today I'm getting it back together and making better choices. GF bread is going in the maker and my grocery shopping will be more selective.
There are two paths you can go by, but in the longrun....There's still time to change the road you're on
