Hi Kat -
The best thing to do is to do your homework first - I guess you are by starting here, huh? Well, I always visit the restaurant's site and check for an "allergy" menu. This site didn't have one that I could see. You could contact headquarters and hope for a reply - but they might also refer you to the manager at the restaurant you'll be going to. That's your best bet. There's a store locator on the website.
I hope you have a good dinner. (I've not eaten at Golden Corral, so I couldn't say specifically what to have. Re: the gluten aspect: make sure you ask for your food to be prepared in clean pans with clean utensils - even the meat probe should be clean if they use one). www.goldencorral.com/menu/hot.asp
