Good, I am glad you are feeling better. Chinese food( my favorite food)can vary from cook to cook. It could be that there was more fat/grease when it was cooked. Do you still have a gallbladder? It is great that you are keeping a positive attitude. Keeping track will help you if this occurs again.

Have a great day

LouLou,

I was thinking that maybe I was reacting to the Chinese food I had the night before. I had eaten it before with no problem. Maybe this time it wasn't so problem free. I still haven't ruled out a virus as I have also felt really tired as well.
I am feeling a bit better today so maybe whatever it was is moving on. I suppose that this could be a sign to log my food so I can keep better track of what I can tolerate and what I can't.

Thanks for the support.

Karen

It does sound like you are having some reaction to something. It could be a stomach virus which last longer (about a week) than a 24 hour stomach flu or it may be that you are intolerant to something else you are eating such as corn or soy etc. If the pain doesn't go away you may to see a doctor. You may want to pay attention to what you eat and when the pain occurs. I hope you feel better. Please let us know so we can support you.

Have a good and pain free day

Have you increased your veggies? If so it could be that you have gas from all the veggies and your body is trying to handle it. Drink lots of water.

I am not exactly sure as the pain is not always in the same place. So maybe that would be intestinal? The pains can be sharp at times and I feel queasy. Does this help?

Bless your heart. It would be better to know more about what kind of pain? Is it your Stomach or Intestinal? emoticon
Hope you feel better

I have been gluten free for nearly 2 months. This past week I have been having stomach pain off an on. I was wondering if there are any "side effects" from going off gluten? I was thinking that as my intestinal tract heals that there may be symptoms from this detoxing. Any thoughts?

If I can dream it I can do it.
