Just remember to start slowly and work up to it. If you over do it then you get real sore and not want to do it. So go slowly and work up.

My first week in my new lifestyle with GF and diet went great. I am still very motivated. It is work. My goals for this week are to walk 40 min. a day and more cardio (I am so out of shape).
