I'm not celiac either, but...
I've been eating gluten for the past three days... not more food, I know because I keep track, but now as I sit here I feel soooo bloated and the scale shows the bloat too!!
I feel overstuffed, tired and lethargic.
I don't tell people anymore that I'm gluten free and since I'm not celiac I don't stress about "hidden" gluten too much. That seems to help others not feel so wierd about it.
So, the moral of the story...
I need to stay the course 95% of the time.
It's worth it.
Wherever you are, be there totally. If you find your here and now intolerable and it makes you unhappy, you have three options: remove yourself from the situation, change it, or accept it totally.
