Here and Post here about your 100 miles track
I'm walking down these pounds 3 miles at a time and too.
The best thing about walking you can do it everywhere, inside or outside, with your pets or with a friends

3 miles at one time to much that's okay too. Try a mile in the morning , one after lunch and the last one before bed
JUST SET YOUR DAY ( the other side talk remove so let start talking return ) and HAVE FUN TOO . ( He has become the clean-up man and he needs us to have his back, so the next 4 ( four ) years he can really do the work we need him to do. ).
