Well, I have a great suggestion for you. Many of our group use the Leslie Sansone "Walk Away The Pounds" DVD series. It's low impact, not complicated, and can be done in the comfort of your own home, right in front of the A/C and the television, and she's a fantastic instructor. She's very down to earth, so super pleasant to listen to, and the time that you're doing the routine flies by!
If your city has Comcast as your television provider, they have her DVD's in Comcast On Demand. So then you can do them for free. If not, Walmart is where I've gotten my tapes, and they're very reasonable. The most expensive one I've gotten was $14.98, and that one came with the stretch resistance band that she uses in some of her routines.
