On Sunday I was down 9.4 lbs. Lost a lot of excess fluid, but some inches too. I don't expect to see that kind of loss this coming Sunday but I'll take whatever I can manage.

Still here! Been off the Spark Menu or making substitutions. Did join the local community center again after letting the membership lapse. Making up a schedule today so I can push myself to get regular planned exercise. The eating is still ok..just kinda hit & miss with the tracking. Water consumption definitely needs improving. Weight is still the same this week. No loss but no gain!

I can't do the spark menu plan. Too many things to have to buy weekly. We live on a tight budget and I have to buy things I know hubby will eat with just a few extras for me for my food plan.

Here's hoping your hard work is paying off! I'm back to using the Spark Menu plan. On Day 2 and so far so good. Now to get a regular exercise habit in the works.

My weight dropped drastically over night. Must have had a lot of fluid build up. I went down from 254.2 down to 246.6 overnight. Hope it stays down.

After a wild day of stuffing myself with anything & everything all day yesterday...I will join you on this thread and see if I can get a habit forming of tracking my foods and taking a morning walk to get these numbers headed down.

Well, I did my weigh in this morning and to say I'm an unhappy camper is putting it mildly. Right now I'm heavier than I've ever been in my life.
