Still here! Been off the Spark Menu or making substitutions. Did join the local community center again after letting the membership lapse. Making up a schedule today so I can push myself to get regular planned exercise. The eating is still ok..just kinda hit & miss with the tracking. Water consumption definitely needs improving. Weight is still the same this week. No loss but no gain!

After a wild day of stuffing myself with anything & everything all day yesterday...I will join you on this thread and see if I can get a habit forming of tracking my foods and taking a morning walk to get these numbers headed down.
