My opinion, and it is just my own personal opinion, on scales is that they are over rated and nothing more than a snapshot on a particular day at a particular time. There is so much more than a number on a machine to indicate progress. I refuse to be accountable to a machine. I look at trends overall. If it keeps going up and I want it stable or decreasing, over time i make changes. If it bounces around, I stay the course and wait for the trend to show itself. Works for me.

Still here! Been off the Spark Menu or making substitutions. Did join the local community center again after letting the membership lapse. Making up a schedule today so I can push myself to get regular planned exercise. The eating is still ok..just kinda hit & miss with the tracking. Water consumption definitely needs improving. Weight is still the same this week. No loss but no gain!
After a wild day of stuffing myself with anything & everything all day yesterday...I will join you on this thread and see if I can get a habit forming of tracking my foods and taking a morning walk to get these numbers headed down.
