I was eating, driving home, P90X, cleaning up, then going to bed. I tried something different today. I did my P90X, ate a tuna sandwich, cleaned up, went to bed. I did not wake up once. I have been wakeing up after 4 to 5 hours of sleep houngry. Today I slept for 7 hours streight and woke up to the phone. I forgot to turn the volume down. Still I slept sooo good and sound. I think the rain helped also.

Swimming is exercise, especially when it is 2 hours so you didn't skip it at all. Try sticking with the 1200 but choose higher fiber foods. I find that fiber tends to fill me up and I feel fuller longer. Just a thought. You are doing great.

My excersize is great. I skipped it today 'cause i swam at my friends for two hours with her kids. My eating is hanging in there. It is still healthy but I keep waking up houngry. So I might need to up my caloric intake. I have kept it around 1200 but I guess my body is still asking for more.
