hello everyone.
Sorry I haven't been here sooner. My church was having a revival all last week and other than two days I went every nite. Yay. I have been walking my pooch though and having a great time. The walk is 40 minutes long but now with daylight savings I'm thinking of expanding it. I have lost 11 pounds and am watching what I eat even though I still make room for the fun stuff too. Anyway, I hope you all have a blessed and great week.Oh and how can I get one of those little trackers on my page for my weight?
