If you go to lesliesanson.com, you can see clips of her walking videos. It will give you a better sense of what it is like. I would suggest renting or borrowing before you buy though, or if you choose to buy, the least expensive leslie ones I have found are at Walmart or walmart.com.

no you just walk right in front of the tv...there are other moves and not just walking but for the most part it's walking in front of the tube

So many of you use the walking DVD videos, I think I'd like to try them as well. Do you have to use them on a treadmill though? Thanks!

I use a lot of walking videos including Leslie, Chris Freytag, Debra Mazda, George Forman (yes George has walking dvds), Gilad, Kathy Smith and so many more I love walking dvds

hi, thanx I have several of the walk away the pounds tapes, I'm glad you use them here, and I like the 5 mile alot, but also love the 4 mile most, thanx again, have a great day

Walk Away the Pounds is my primary form of exercise. I have a good many of her programs. I love the 5 mile one--but I think my favorite is the 4 mile fast and firm.

I use the Leslie Sansone Walk away the pounds with resistance bands and love it. It's 3 miles in 45 minutes. I just bought the 5 mile walk yesterday and plan on trying it today....I'll let you know emoticon
