OK - I have been reading all over Spark about what people are going to do to "survive" the holidays.
This is the first holiday season since my lifestyle change and I think we should adopt a different approach. How can I take advantage of the time off, the time with friends and family and use it to further my lifestyle (aka lose 5 pounds)?
188.4 this morning - January 2, 2009 183.0.
Nice little short term goal - 6 weeks - 5.4 pounds.
Plus I can spread the Spark to all of my friends and family.
