Good morning, just checking in to see how everyone is doing and reading back over some of the old posts to see how much progress everyone has made in just a few months. It's a beautiful day in Missouri and hope to get outside this morning sometime and tackle our jungle of a backyard. Have put it off too long. Think I'll wear the old pedometer and see how many steps I'll sweat through. Whatever you have planned for today, have fun & keep thinking healthy.

Surfing Sunday to you! That's what I plan to be doing on this lovely Sunday. It's a bit overcast now, but I know it will clear up and be beautiful once I get to my destination later today. A new week... A new Day... and a fresh beginning. My biggest challenge last week was the soda pop. I have been drinking way too many of them again. Last week I done fairly well with drinking only 1 can a day... This week I want to skip my 1 can on at least two days. I also want to do 20 minutes of cardio on at least 2 days. Start out slow right?
