Congratulations! It really does feel amazing to finish even one of the C25K workouts! I never thought I'd be able to run, much less like it...but I can and do. Keep up the great work.

I feel great today I went to the gym and hopped on the treadmill. I made a mile at 17 minutes and 33 seconds. I felt very proud and it was easier this day. Next time I am taking it back outdoors. I did a total of 25 minutes! Thank you for the support. This team is just AWESOME I can't say it enough.
