Hi,

I have not had a heel spur but I have had heel inflammation that affected my running for over 3 1/2 months until I had dry needling done by my sports chiro--and I switched my shoes from my beloved Newtons to the Saucony Kinvara 4s and all is going well. I hope you get some relief--TAKE CARE
