Tim - I found out about Runkeeper in January when MapMyRun tried to pull a fast one on its customers - it changed its pricing model from three paid levels to one but didn't bother to inform it's customers about the change. After the people at MMR realized that I wasn't falling for the nonsense they were pulling, my basic entry level subscription was renewed. However, that will be the last time. I won't even use MMR's free subscription. Runkeeper is just as good.

What I find really annoying is that it appears that members overwhelmingly DON'T like the Fitness Tracker and mileage tracker changes but Spark People isn't listening. I can understand if a few people don't like it but when the comments are overwhelmingly negative I would hope that something could be done.

Runkeeper. It does an excellent job on you iPhone or your Google phone.

I use Garmin Connect as well. I didn't know there as a new food tracker.

I'm just going to quit using the mileage tracker. I keep all my workouts in garminconnect, so I don't really need it. It was just an extra measure of accountability.

What I find interesting is that while we now can use only the new Fitness Tracker, we're still able to use either the new or the old food tracker. Now there's a case in which I like the new one.
Anyway, I really do wish that SP would listen to the Sparkers; probably 95% or more of the people who commented on Spark Guy's blog about the new fitness tracker don't like it at all.

I totally agree Jeri. The old mileage tracker was far better. There are A LOT of sparkers who don't like the new FItness tracker in its entirety. For a while we were able to use either the new one or the old one; I stayed with the old one because I much preferred it. Then all of a sudden everyone was switched to the new one without any notice. I didn't care for that at all.

Hey, I know SP always wants to make things better, but when resources are limited I think the improvements should be left to things that need improving. The fitness tracker was not one of them.

I wish they'd put it back the way it was. I can't find the actual tracker to correct my mileage if I make an error while inputting it. What's up with that?? They should have left well enough alone.
