Are you talking about a matter of minutes, hours, or days?
I'm sure a couple days after you would be fine. The pain in your mouth could actually distract you from the pain in your legs (or vice versa). A couple hours after, tho... and you could potentially have the race of your life! In either a good or a bad way.
I'm sure running while on pain meds could potentially disqualify you from any awards you may stumble into. But, being loopy and falling into the awards table doesn't qualify you to win one, anyway...

Congrats! Does this mean you get loopy meds for your run? Man, that would be an experience....(JOKING!!!)
I'm oowhere near a 1/2 or full but will be running my 5ks
Dentist said it's ok you can remove wisdom tooth and run your marathon. I dont think non runners know what it means to run a 1/2 or full marathon...
