3.4 miles in a cold light rain today. Piece of cake after training through a tough winter.

Linz, if you're running 6 miles now 6.2 in a month is in the bag. I didn't run 6 miles in one stretch till about 10 days before my first 10K, and I made my pre-race goal of running the entire course.

I ran 6.04 miles yesterday - the longest I've ever run! Guess I'll be able to make that 10K just fine in a month! :)
