A new month is upon us and this means new fitness challenges (and more) to consider.
You would think a group of Happy Hippies would definitely be into doing their own thing, right?
So, what is your personal challenge for the month of March Madness?
I will share my very boring but effective fitness goals. I do something--strength training, yoga, qigong, power walking--every single day for 20 minutes minimum. I apply the TED talk rule to my routine--20 minutes is the optimum time for learning--because I know I can shame myself into working out. Yes, this former gym rat must be shamed these days. Sheesh.
I'm a constant reader and don't need to set goals about that. I eat healthy and don't need to make changes except to learn new recipes.
I should probably learn (and finish up) some new guitar music for my students. There's a country fried and twangy version of Hendrix's Little Wing I enjoy and should learn that one.
