I love not only to make banana ice cream, but make it into slushies with peanut butter and honey. emoticon

Yum! That sounds WONDERFUL! I love ice cream and I love bananas!! When I buy bananas, my son and I eat them in about 2 days. I love to have peanut butter toast with sliced bananas on top for breakfast!

I have found lately that I have an abundance of ripe bananas. I am a person that only likes to eat bananas when they are green tip. Normally I would bake banana bread or banana muffins however I was on a mission to find a healthier way to use ripe bananas.

What I found was a yonanas machine. It turns frozen ripe bananas into a soft serve ice cream! One of my other downfalls is ice cream. I love ice cream! But now I am making a healthier version of it. In addition to the frozen bananas I add frozen strawberries, blackberries, peaches, etc. to make different flavours.

I got my machine at Bed Bath and Beyond. It is normally $49.99 but you can normally find a coupon for 20% off. The United Market Street on 98th street sells them as well but no coupons.
