Does anyone live in Northwest Lubbock that wants to meet for early morning jogs a couple a days a week?
Holly/Texas. Time Zone: CST; Don't do anything today you can't maintain for the rest of your life; Studies show a mere 11 minutes of weight training 3 times a week is enough to reduce your body fat and raise your metabolism.
I am looking for someone who would like to go walking, workout at a gym, eat out at healthy restaurants...have healthy get togethers with...etc. I am uber busy, but weight loss is a priority and I will make time!
