In my bedroom. I get up at 0530 and get dressed and pop the dvd in and get to work.

thanks for the information about Daily Burn! Looks like a lot of variety which is what I need to stay motivated. My favorite, Cathe Fredrich, is getting ready to launch something very similar. Need to see what she will be charging. I am seriously thinking of trying out the free 30 day trial on it.

I need to strength train for my emoticon in September!

i have just discovered the website DailyBurn. I saw a commercial for a free month and LOVE IT! i really like working out at home with my ipad. I think the classes are comparable to the gym's group classes but you can do it on your own schedule. I think it is $10 a month. You may want to check it out!

My husband and I walk in Highland Oaks near our home when the weather is nice. If it's too hot, we go to the mall. Sometimes we walk at Chas A. Guy or another park with a track so our kiddos can play.

Hi SWINKIE57! I can't seem to run on a treadmill anymore. I am use to running outside that my brain really can't comprehend not going anywhere. Very Weird. However, I really like walking with a steep incline on the treadmilll --- that is a GREAT workout!

I workout at home. On days when it is warm enough I run outside in my neighborhood. I also use a treadmill on those not so warm days and cathe Fredrich workout dvd's for both cardio and strength training

I work out at home, I have a stationary bike and an elliptical but my favorite is strength workouts

I have a membership at Planet Fitness. I generally workout at home or outside; however, during the winter I hit the gym more regularly.

Inside at Planet Fitness when it comes to a serious workout, 6 days/week.

Outside for fun; shooting hoops, passing the football around, golf, swimming (fun swim, workout swim happens at olympic size indoor pool), etc.

I love going out for 10K walks (volksmarching) but during the week I do elliptical at the gym.
