Good morning, good evening, good night! My name is Michelle I am getting back on track with consistent excercise to reach my healthier lifestyle goals. Recently lost 50 pounds, have about 65 go to go. I did 5 workouts last week, gym and park combined! Really proud of that accomplishment! I started back in Mid Febuary. I was only doing 2 a week. I am needing some lady buddies to meet with to walk with once a week Sunday evenings around 6-7pm at Oakland Park East FW or Botanic Gardens or Trinity Park, for a 1 mile walk. Then we sit and talk, also email each other and check in once a week by phone. Support,motivation and accountablity. From now on until Summer for the walking part.
