Is hard to start to exercising when I do it feels so energizing, but for one reason or another I
stop(weather or anything else) to begin again, is so, so, hard. I am starting to walk on a track that is .75 miles long, I slow walk 3x around, before I use to jog straight 2x , I know I have to get to this stage, and even do better this time, I wish one day to run on the track instead of just walking. I am new on this, hope to make some friends!!!!I need to loose 90 pounds to be in a normal weight I know I can do it.
