Hello, everyone!

You may all log on and wonder what's going on with our SparkDallas team. Well, I'll be implementing a lot of changes here in the next few weeks. I'm very excited about these. We will have Daily Challenges that I will post on a weekly basis, meet ups for members around the Dallas area so that we can get together and have fun getting fit, and I'll be keeping track of all the 5k runs/walks and marathons around the area, just in case any of you would like to register.

If you have any suggestions for things that you would like to see with the team, please shoot me a spark mail and I will do my best to provide that for you. Keep in mind that there are over 12,000 members in this team and, while not all of you are active, there are plenty that are. It may take me a day or two to return messages/emails, but I WILL get back to you as soon as I can. Don't hesitate to keep in contact!
