Like CKHill I got way off track & I now have more to lose now than I did a year ago. I've got 40-45 pounds that need to go away & I've started on that this week. I'm a 30yo married mom of 2 boys, full time college student & will graduate this May. Graduation is alos a good motivator for me becuase I want to be smaller for graduation. Finding time to exercise is a challenege for me with kids & school but that's something I'm working on now. Would love to have someone to walk with & or just to buddy up with for motivation.

I got WAY off track to the point tht I now have more weight to lose. But, starting Sunday, a few friends and I are going to work together to achieve our goals. Mine is the biggest, but I will get there. I am going to lose 51 lbs by the 25th of June. Wish me luck!!!!
I'm trying to just eat healthy and do healthy things as I can't lose weight right now. I found out recently I'm pregnant so this has changed everything. However, doing healthy things makes a lifestyle change that will be good for the baby.
Welcome, I am coming back to spark people after taking a break. My weight started coming back and I realize I can keep it under control only when I track my nutrition and workout. I found can do it on my iPad rather than sitting in front of my computer so it will be easier than previously. I know sparkpeople works and keeps me healthy.
