Like CKHill I got way off track & I now have more to lose now than I did a year ago. I've got 40-45 pounds that need to go away & I've started on that this week. I'm a 30yo married mom of 2 boys, full time college student & will graduate this May. Graduation is alos a good motivator for me becuase I want to be smaller for graduation. Finding time to exercise is a challenege for me with kids & school but that's something I'm working on now. Would love to have someone to walk with & or just to buddy up with for motivation.

I got WAY off track to the point tht I now have more weight to lose. But, starting Sunday, a few friends and I are going to work together to achieve our goals. Mine is the biggest, but I will get there. I am going to lose 51 lbs by the 25th of June. Wish me luck!!!!

Congratulations on the pregnancy!! Walking and eating right will keep you on track while pregnant and give you a great start for after the baby!
I'm down 16lbs so far and looking forward to losing more (hopefully all my access) weight this year.

Sounds like a good start for you so far.
I'm trying to just eat healthy and do healthy things as I can't lose weight right now. I found out recently I'm pregnant so this has changed everything. However, doing healthy things makes a lifestyle change that will be good for the baby.

Welcome, I am coming back to spark people after taking a break. My weight started coming back and I realize I can keep it under control only when I track my nutrition and workout. I found can do it on my iPad rather than sitting in front of my computer so it will be easier than previously. I know sparkpeople works and keeps me healthy.

How is everyone doing? It's a new year! How are you going to start it off right? I have lost 4lbs since the 26th of December! I just started dieting and I plan to make this year great!
