I can't make tonight. However, I did have one question - do you bring your own mat? Any other equipment necessary? I am a complete newb when it comes to yoga :-)

I am in that Library all the time and I had NO idea! This is great. I have really wanted to try yoga but been a bit afraid of going into a class and having absolutely no idea what I was doing :-)

Anyone else attend the free yoga at the Squirrel Hill library on Tuesday nights? It's 5:30pm-7:00pm and, while not the most challenging routine (it's for anyone who wants to come, beginners included), it feels great and really relaxes you.

I hope to be there tonight for the first time in months! Hoping to get back into the routine of going. And you should, too!
