Anyone else attend the free yoga at the Squirrel Hill library on Tuesday nights? It's 5:30pm-7:00pm and, while not the most challenging routine (it's for anyone who wants to come, beginners included), it feels great and really relaxes you.
I hope to be there tonight for the first time in months! Hoping to get back into the routine of going. And you should, too!
