Didn't actually make a resolution...but shortly before New Year's Day, I decided that I would try to remember to give thanks for every meal (even if I'm in public). Jeannie

My resolutions were to get back on track with Sparkpeople and to participate in a self-improvement program (52 Weeks to Awesome).

It's the first time I have done something that is specifically self-help and organized like that and I'm looking forward to doing it.

Haven't set any yet but am thinking of some. Usually take a few minutes between bowl games to finalize. May post them then.

I am almost at goal too. That is my resolution I will get to goal and maintain!

1 - Do a minimum of 30 minutes of cardio a day, plus 15 minutes of strength 3 times a week
2 - stay within my calorie range

For me it's losing my last 3 lbs then maintaining, strength training & toning.

But I most want to train to run a 5K too!!!

Hellooooooo!

Do you have any new years resolutions this year? I usually don't set any, but I do have some goals for this year. First and foremost, I am determined to finish the couch to 5k program, and if all goes well, possibly go to the 10k program. I started it this year and really enjoyed it but unfortunately my wonky work schedule got in the way. The other thing I really want to do is get outside and do something with Venture Outdoors at least once a month, maybe two if time permits. I love the outdoors in all kinds of weather, so I need to make it a priority! And finally, I'm determined to complete some new artwork and enter into some shows this year.

I guess those are resolutions! HAHA!
