yeah it's been a little wet. I walked in it earlier before it got really really bad!

I'm burning half as many calories as I used to, so I'm just trying to make sure to work out as much as I can.

Using mostly the: treadmill, elliptical and stationary bike.

I can't keep up with Billy either. Basically I learned some of the moves--have a "tape" that plays in my head!! and go from there--i really enjoy it, but Billy is way too fast for me. It remionds me of when i used to do the speed bag, tho--oh the good old days when i was younger!!

I just try to keep moving as much as possible combined with decent rest periods, so I don't rust!!!

i have a Tae Bo tape of Billy Banks but hes too good i cant do but 15 minutes lol you have alot of good things going Belly dancing etc i could just see mr doing that lolbut good for you thats great .i have my own workout room with equipment and tapes so nobody sees me but me lol .i see you made your goal GOOD JOB im working on it

ok sounds good 20 min gazelle,3 sets of 25 on ab lounger ,20 min windsor pilate butt and thighs.i gotto rotate the pilate tapes .this is for oct 3rd love this oct challenge by the way

Standard routine of Volleyball at least once a week & Gym (eight lifting and cardio at least twice a week, in minimum increments of an hour each).

I would add more cycling, but I trashed my rear tire Saturday; need to take it into the shop.
