haven't been feeling well.

although I did manage 56 minutes of cardio and 700 calories burned today. (actually yesterday I guess)

ok I was a workout machine today! wow I feel it too.

burned 1100 calories at the gym
and played soccer this afternoon with family

SO far this week I have burned 1300 cals. in 85 mins of cardio. Mainly this week I have been on the treadmill and the arc trainer.

This week I completed my MON WED AD FRI routine
BURNED 920/820 cals (cals burned/goal for the week) but i've eaten pretty much in mid to high range all week so I figure its ok that I went a little over.
I have done 15 wall pushups almost everyday and they are getting easier. As well as regualr strenght training when scheduled. We found the weight set we have (adjustable kind with screw on things) so strength will be easier.



100+ lbs to lose.

Tuesday is always my biggest cardio of the week.

1000 calories burned today (cardio kickboxing is so much fun!)

75 minutes

So I did a little less cardio than usual over the weekend, and now my car is broken! so I can't get to the gym. Going to go for a walk, maybe see if the elliptical here at my apartment is free. (long shot!)

Yes, it's Amber. =)

I've become more and more active since starting here in February.

yesterday I did an hour of cardio and 550 calories burned. took it a bit easier on myself yesterday.

Today the heat is making me feel fatigued, but planning on maybe visiting the gym. At the very least go for a walk with my husband!

I really admire your motivation and energy Kozeraag. Is it amber? I hope I'm not calling you the wrong name. I hope to be up to that fitness level sometime in the future but right now I'm in a lot better shape to exercise than i would have guessed a few weeks ago.

This week I worked out MON WED and FRI
I BURNED 853 out of 820 calories for my weekly goal.
And I did strength exercises on tuesday and friday.
In addition:
I am trying to do 20 wall pushups everyday and work up to doing more so eventually I can do yoga and pilates moves better.

100+ lbs to lose.

Hi there,

Just got back from the gym myself. I did 40 minutes on the elliptical and burned 533 calories, and went almost 3 miles! Am also doing modified pushups, crunches and crunches with twist today.
