I really admire your motivation and energy Kozeraag. Is it amber? I hope I'm not calling you the wrong name. I hope to be up to that fitness level sometime in the future but right now I'm in a lot better shape to exercise than i would have guessed a few weeks ago.
This week I worked out MON WED and FRI
I BURNED 853 out of 820 calories for my weekly goal.
And I did strength exercises on tuesday and friday.
I am trying to do 20 wall pushups everyday and work up to doing more so eventually I can do yoga and pilates moves better.
100+ lbs to lose.
