wow that's great! I barely did 300 every other day when I first started.

Today I did 65 minutes of cardio, burning 830 calories.

I am a newbie. I didn't burn anything above and beyond normal today but yesterday I burned 460 walking home from work!

Alright, my fitness today:

I burned 700 calories and I worked out for 54 minutes!

Come here to list your sparkpoints earned, the amount of minutes you worked out, and your calories burned each day. Starting today, Sunday, July 22nd, and running through next Saturday.

Compete against your fellow PDX-ers, basically for bragging rights! Also, get the hang of using spark's various resources while hopefully getting some motivation towards a healthier lifestyle.
