welcome! I've heard suggestions for doing sparkpoints or fitness tracked.
I was thinking if we get enough interest we should start it on Sunday (the 22nd), the beginning of the next week, then go for two weeks. We can even do sparkpoints and fitness and there could be different winners for whomever obtains the most within that two week period.
It truly is a motivating way to lose weight and feel GREAT!
