P - Pay-It-Forward - Random acts of kindness. Do something for someone else where known or a perfect stranger. Take out the trash, buy the order of the person behind you in the Starbucks drive-thru, call a friend and go on a walk, are some ideas (25 points per day).
Option - Option to do Upper/Lower/Core ST - Spend time doing an Upper/Lower and/or Core Coach Nicole Sparkvideo each day. 10-points for each video completed. (Maximum 30 points/day)
W - Water - Earn 10 points for every 8oz. glass of water (no substitutes) you drink (Maximum 60 minutes/day)
