Hi

I forget when I come to the library to check my spark team page so I did not know we were having a challenge. I have dial up at home so most of the time I just wait until I come to the library to fill out my food and exercise tracker on Spark people. I will try to remember to check this page more often.

Hope everyone did a great job. I stayed within my food budget and I did all the exercise and then some. But as far as organizing goes. I failed miserably. I am not that organized which is why I forget to check this page!

N - Nutrition - Track Nutrition in fitness tracker, 25 points per day. Bonus 15 points per day for staying within range.
O - Organize - Spend 15 minutes organizing something in your home (Maximum 30 minutes/day)
W - Walk/Wheel/Weights - Earn 15 points for every 15 minutes you spend walking, wheeling(bike), and/or weights(strength training). Do one activity or mix it up (15-minute increment per activity). (Maximum 60 minutes/day)
