I'm loving the weather too!! I am used to the heat, so it feels good. I walk in the early mornings to avoid the hottest parts of the day. I plan to start walk/jogging soon so that I can transition to jogging by the fall. I want to spend my summer, now that it's here, adding more fresh fruit and produce to my diet by spending time at the Farmer's Market. Deb

I would like to lose 2 pounds this month. If I keep on the track I'm on I will do it. Staying busy, doing my simple exercises and eating only when really hungry and keeping those meals very healthy with no unnecessary "extras" and no junk food. My goal is to keep this going.
