I would like to lose 2 pounds this month. If I keep on the track I'm on I will do it. Staying busy, doing my simple exercises and eating only when really hungry and keeping those meals very healthy with no unnecessary "extras" and no junk food. My goal is to keep this going.
Hope the heat feels good to everybody and that you don't have to do heavy physical labor outdoors. I'm loving the weather.
Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it’s a sudden bleeding emergency.
